1 General Provisions

h333 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "platform" refers to the h333 website, all its services, and related operations. "Member" or "user" refers to anyone who has created an account on h333 or is using the platform.

h333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the responsibility of members to visit this page regularly and stay informed about the latest Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account at h333:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them may be closed and the deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You are personally responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

h333 reserves the right to reject any application or to request additional verification information before approval.

3 Age Restrictions

h333 is an adults-only platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above.

If a minor is found to have opened an account, or if an account holder is proven to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned. Any winnings and bonuses will be fully forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300, and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• An identity verification (KYC) process may need to be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. However, h333 may arrange an alternative method where applicable.
• h333 reserves the right to hold or cancel a withdrawal if suspicious activity or evidence of fraud is detected.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

h333 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to members. Each offer has its own terms that must be read carefully. The general bonus policy is described below.

Welcome Bonus

h333 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳6,670 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit for earning the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonuses will not apply to multiple accounts from the same household, the same IP address, or the same device.
• There may be restrictions on playing certain games with bonus funds.
• h333 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on h333:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is not completed due to a technical error, h333 reserves the right to make a decision — the bet may be cancelled or the stake returned.
• In sports betting, results will be determined in accordance with the announcement of the official authority of the relevant sport.
• No claims will be accepted based on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to system errors or software issues.
• h333 will not be liable for any loss of internet connection or technical issues that occur during betting.

7 Fair Play & Security

h333 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial and personal data secure. We believe in fair play, and our game systems are impartial and random.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, collusion, or hacking.
• Using bots or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Artificially operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus advantages.
• Accessing other members' accounts or using their information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

h333 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time. In that case, any remaining funds will be returned once all conditions are met. Once voluntary self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.

9 Responsible Gaming

h333 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Members can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

h333 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions.
• Security issues occurring on a member's own device.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, and similar events.
• No guarantee is given regarding game outcomes — winning or losing depends entirely on probability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h333's total liability for any single incident will not exceed the amount deposited by the member in that specific transaction.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms

h333 may change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their registered email or through a notification within the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the member's agreement to the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please request account closure.
